POISE4YOUTHS (Providers of Optimal Ideal Superior Education 4 Youths) afterschool and summer camp program builds leaders of tomorrow-today! Our mission is to develop teens into well-rounded, competent individuals by providing tools and training that help teens transition into adulthood. We are dedicated to empowering and preparing our youth for a successful future.
Our Guiding Principals:
Kids Hope Alliance: The Jacksonville Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families (KHA) is a fiscal agency of the City of Jacksonville responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of children and youth programs, services, and activities accomplished through third-party service providers.

Provide Youth training: We aim to provide TEENS access to extensive career and educational pathways. By offering resources and guidance, we enable our youth to make informed decisions about their futures.

Skill Development: We provide the necessary skills and training for youth to complete the required steps and obtain the skills to achieve their career aspirations. POISE afterschool and summer camp programs will equip youth with the practical and soft skills essential for success in their chosen fields.
